报告摘要:In recent years, there have been frequent fire accidents in senior apartments,resulting in heavy casualties. Research has been conducted on the characteristics of senior apartment buildings and evacuation behavior, establishing a risk assessment method for senior apartment fires, analyzing the development and spread of senior apartment fires, proposing engineering measures to improve the living environment of the elderly, evacuation inductionand auxiliary methods, and establishing a smart building based senior apartment evacuation and escape support system.

近年来老年公寓火灾事故频发，人员伤亡惨重，针对老年公寓建筑特性、疏散行为特征开展研究，建立老年公寓火灾风险评估方法，分析老年公寓火灾发展蔓延规律，提出改善老年人居住环境工程措施，疏散诱导与辅助方法，建立基于智慧建筑的老年公寓疏散逃生支持系统。

报告人简介:LO Siu Ming is a professor in the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering at City University of Hong Kong. He has served as the executive director of the department, the project approval officer for the Buildings Department of the Hong Kong government for over ten years, and the authorized person for registered construction projectsin the HK government. He published over 250 SCI papers, led 15 special research projects of the Hong Kong Research Council, and won the President's Award of the City University of Hong Kong in 2016; Continuously selected as one of the top 2% most cited scientists globally by Stanford University from 2020 to 2023.

卢兆明，香港城市大学建筑学与土木系教授，历任系执行主任。累计发表SCI论文超 250 篇，主持香港研究局专项研究 15 项，2016年获香港城市大学校长奖；2020-2023年连续入选斯坦福大学“全球前2%高被引科学家。主要研究方向为消防安全工程、人员流动与疏散模拟、城市规划与建筑管理。
